Moraira has a varied coastline with both sandy beaches and rocky coves — all small-scale and easily accessible. The surrounding hills and Montgó Natural Park offer excellent walking opportunities.

• El Portet — Moraira's most beloved bay, sheltered and clear, with restaurants right on the waterfront. Busy in season but atmospheric.
• Cala L'Andragó — quiet rocky cove between Moraira and Xàbia, ideal for snorkelling and diving.
• Les Platgetes — small sandy beaches close to the centre, family-friendly and easily accessible.
• Cap Blanc — spectacular rocky coastline on the border with Benissa, with crystal-clear water and dramatic cliffs.
• Cabo de la Nao — the distinctive headland between Moraira and Xàbia, with panoramic views over the Mediterranean.

Living & neighbourhoods

Moraira offers almost exclusively detached villas and small-scale apartments — no high tower blocks. That makes supply scarce but high in quality.

• El Portet — the most exclusive zone, directly by the bay. Villas with sea views within walking distance of the beach. Highest prices in Moraira.
• Benimeit — green, quiet villa district a few minutes from the centre. Large plots, privacy and plenty of greenery. Popular with permanent residents.
• Cap Blanc — chic coastal zone on the border with Benissa, with spectacular sea views. Mix of traditional and modern villas.
• Paichi — villa district surrounded by Mediterranean pine trees, close to the centre. Popular with families.
• Centre & harbour — apartments and smaller properties within walking distance of all facilities. Most affordable segment in Moraira.

Practical

Moraira is a conscious choice — for those who place quality, peace and exclusivity above scale and liveliness. It is not the cheapest Costa Blanca destination, but it is one of the most consistent.
